Bibiana Cabra Scooped the title Miss West Africa Guinea Bissau 2012 and became the successor to Heny Lidia Tavares who made it into the top 10 in Miss West Africa International 2012. Can Bibiana Cabra bring the title home to Guinea Bissau.
