Haiti Is Part of Africa!! / Haïti fait partie de l'Afrique! / O Haiti é parte de África!

Okay, not exactly, or not yet. Haiti is 5000 or so miles away from Africa, but recently, The new Haitian president, Joseph Michel Martelly, made a bid to join the African Union. This will give them access to the trading relationship and acknowledgement as an African state from other colonies. It also means in times of need and financial backing, where other African countries may support one another, Haiti will also be considered in this relationship.

We are not sure how much help the African Union will be of to Haiti as we do not have an accurate account of the African Unions activities. However, what we know is this will be a very significant act if this bid is to become a reality.

The History
Haiti became the first free black republic in 1804, when a group of enslaved African men overtook the French military to earn the nation’s freedom. At the time where the French had the strongest army throughout Europe. Haiti has been known for their strong resistance against colonial and neo colonial forces. And till today they are still battling the occupation of the UN (known as Munistah) with many protests around the world.

Tension has been growing between Haitians and the UN "peace keeping" group Minustah, with various rumours of their human rights abuse and rape claims. However, this was brought to the forefront when a video showing the alleged sexual assault of a young 18 year old boy in Haiti by Minustah (UN) peacekeeping soldiers (see video). Many Haitians also believe the UN and France is also responsible for the spread of Cholera that expanded ever since the UN occupation began. (see various videos on youtube)



Similarities
Haiti's culture, interms of food, lifestyle and clothes are very similar to that of African people. There is no saying if this entry to join the African Union will be granted, but if so, hopefully Africans in Africa will begin to identify with the amazing culture and history of the Haitian world.

Haïti est devenu la première république noire libre en 1804, quand un groupe d'esclaves a dépassé l'armée française pour gagner la liberté de la nation. Au moment où les Français avaient la plus forte armée dans toute l'Europe. Haïti a été connus pour leur forte résistance contre les forces coloniales et néo coloniales. Et jusqu'à aujourd'hui, ils sont encore aux prises avec l'occupation de l'ONU (connue sous le nom MINUSTAH) avec de nombreuses protestations à travers le monde.

Il n'est dit si cette entrée pour rejoindre l'Union africaine sera accordé, mais si c'est le cas, nous l'espérons Africains en Afrique va commencer à s'identifier à la culture étonnante et de l'histoire du monde haïtien.

Yesterday, news reported Gaddafi was murdered. If there was one thing anyone learnt from what happened yesterday, it is that the interest of foreign leaders are not on the same path as African people. This is not to argue about what he did and didn't do. No matter what your views are, you know many African's who disagree with how he was hunted and killed. Yesterday's events show us why Africa is where it is and has opened so many questions about USA and France.

However, it is up to us to create a positive result from this. That despite the media's discrimination of him, a large percentage of Africans were upset by what happened and did their own research to find out who he really was. This is great because it shows societies views is very independent from mainstream media. Which is very positive. We have a growing number of young Africans, who don't continue to blame Africa's poverty and atrocities on the ability of their people. This should be an inspiration to all of us, and encourage us to ask ourselves what will we do for Africa.

Not every one of us is very rich, but each of us can have a positive effect on Africa. We are not talking about the future, we are talking about now and each other. If you are a singer, what will you sing about tomorrow? If you a teacher, what will you teach tomorrow? If you are a magazine owner, what will you print tomorrow? If you have money, what projects or genuine grassroot african charities will you sponsor tomorrow. If you are just an ordinary working man, or a student with 5 hours extra time on your hands everyday, which business or organisation will you support? And if you have a mouth for talking, or fingers for typing, who will you educate or inspire tomorrow? We have 1,500 who read our blogs a day, if this becomes of essense to half of them and they make an impact, then we can say we have began to make a positive outcome from yesterdays results. This is why we are African, this is why we are proud, and this is why we have great culture and tradition.

Miss West Africa is not a political organisation. Although it is always good to encourage ourselves to see and create the positive of every event.

Hier, des nouvelles rapporté Kadhafi a été assassiné. S'il y avait une chose que toute personne a appris de ce qui s'est passé hier, c'est que l'intérêt des dirigeants étrangers ne sont pas sur le même chemin que les peuples africains. Ce n'est pas d'argumenter sur ce qu'il a fait et n'a pas fait. Peu importe ce que vos opinions sont, vous le savez de nombreuses Africaines qui sont en désaccord avec la façon dont il a été chassé et tué. Les événements d'hier nous montrer pourquoi l'Afrique est l'endroit où il est et a ouvert tant de questions sur Etats-Unis et la France.

Cependant, il est à nous de créer un résultat positif de cette situation. Que malgré la discrimination par les médias de lui, un grand pourcentage d'Africains ont été bouleversés par ce qui s'est passé et ne leurs propres recherches pour découvrir qui il était réellement. C'est formidable car il montre des vues des sociétés est très indépendant des médias traditionnels. Qui est très positif. Nous avons un nombre croissant de jeunes Africains, qui ne continuent pas à blâmer la pauvreté de l'Afrique et les atrocités sur la capacité de leur peuple. Cela devrait être une inspiration pour nous tous, et nous encouragent à nous demander ce qu'on va faire pour l'Afrique.

Pas tous d'entre nous est très riche, mais chacun de nous peut avoir un effet positif sur l'Afrique. Nous ne parlons pas de l'avenir, nous parlons maintenant et l'autre. Si vous êtes un chanteur, ce qui va vous chanter demain? Si vous êtes un enseignant, ce qui va vous apprendre demain? Si vous êtes propriétaire d'un magazine, ce qui va vous imprimez demain? Si vous avez de l'argent, quels projets ou de véritables œuvres caritatives africaines Grassroot vous parrainer demain. Si vous êtes juste un homme ordinaire de travail, ou un étudiant avec 5 heures de temps supplémentaire sur vos mains tous les jours, qui sera entreprise ou organisation vous soutenir? Et si vous avez une bouche pour parler, ou les doigts pour taper, qui va vous instruire ou inspirer demain? Nous avons 1500 qui lisent nos blogs par jour, si cela devient de l'essence à la moitié d'entre eux et ils font un impact, alors nous pouvons dire que nous avons commencé à faire un résultat positif à partir des résultats hier. C'est pourquoi nous sommes africains, c'est pourquoi nous sommes fiers, et c'est pourquoi nous avons une grande culture et de tradition.

Miss Afrique de l'Ouest n'est pas une organisation politique. Bien qu'il est toujours bon d'encourager nous-mêmes à voir et à créer le positif de chaque événement.

Ontem, de notícias Gaddafi foi assassinado. Se havia uma coisa que ninguém soube do que aconteceu ontem, é que o interesse de líderes estrangeiros não estão no mesmo caminho como povo Africano. Isto não é para discutir sobre o que ele fez e não fez. Não importa o que suas opiniões são, você sabe que muitos Africano é que discordam de como ele foi caçado e morto. Os acontecimentos de ontem mostram-nos porque a África é onde ele está e abriu tantas perguntas sobre EUA e França.

No entanto, cabe a nós para criar um resultado positivo a partir deste. Que, apesar de a discriminação da mídia sobre ele, uma grande porcentagem de africanos ficaram chateados com o que aconteceu e fez sua própria pesquisa para descobrir quem ele realmente era. Isso é ótimo porque mostra pontos de vista das sociedades é muito independente da mídia. Que é muito positivo. Temos um número crescente de jovens africanos, que não continue a culpa da pobreza da África e atrocidades na capacidade de seu povo. Isto deve ser uma inspiração para todos nós, e nos encorajam a nos perguntar o que faremos para a África.

Não cada um de nós é muito rico, mas cada um de nós pode ter um efeito positivo sobre a África. Nós não estamos falando sobre o futuro, estamos falando agora e entre si. Se você é um cantor, o que você vai cantar com o amanhã? Se um professor, o que você vai ensinar amanhã? Se você é proprietário de uma revista, o que você vai imprimir amanhã? Se você tem dinheiro, que projetos ou instituições de caridade genuína grassroot africano vai patrocinar amanhã. Se você é apenas um homem comum de trabalho, ou um estudante com 5 horas de tempo extra em suas mãos todos os dias, que empresa ou organização vai apoiar? E se você tem uma boca para falar, ou os dedos para digitar, quem é que vai educar e inspirar amanhã? Nós temos 1.500 que lêem nossos blogs por dia, se isso torna-se de essência de metade deles e eles fazem um impacto, então podemos dizer que temos começou a fazer um resultado positivo a partir dos resultados de ontem. É por isso que estamos Africano, é por isso que estamos orgulhosos, e é por isso que temos grande cultura e tradição.

THE TRUTH; A FIRM STAND FOR IVORY COAST- Part 2

Once again we would like to remind everyone that Miss West Africa is not a political organisation anyway, the views expressed in this statement are not the views of the queens nor the local organisers, but a side of information from independent, and mainstream media and the journalist signatured below that is currently being neglected due to high numbers of media quickly embracing all propaganda put out by France and the UN. Most of the mainstream media in Africa and media in Europe are all quick to reprint the same stories of inconsistency in regards to the character of Laurent Gbagbo, the Assassin Allasane Ouattara, and the French and UN army who are heavily engaged in this was to it is only right their press releases will be biased.

Some Africans have celebrated Gbagbos capture, some even calling for his death of facebook statuses and many claiming this should be a lesson for other African presidents. I will not blame them, one of my colleagues has totally and emotionally changed due to his capture and she is consistently worried, just about a week ago she was in full support of Ouattara until she caught on to the activities of France, UN and Ouattara, activities that have been proven of their violent attacks on the people of Ivory Coast. That is a stage which is unnecessary to repeat in this write up if you didn't follow then. This write up is to keep people updated and relative activities since Gbagbos capture. It is not to say all the reports on mainstream tv and media is false, that would be totally stupid, however, it is to point out how it is being reported and the false information combined with their reports to gain the support for the removal of Gbagbo.

UN, France and Ouattaras camp claimed Ouattaras forces captured Gbagbo, news from the Gbagbo camp claimed he surrendered as he wanted the violence against the Ivorian people to stop and despite him surrendering he and his family were brutally mishandled as if he was caught against his will. What happens when the army of the highly supported presidents are worn out? The people who had been defending Gbagbo throughout this whole period were not soldiers they were locals and natives with no heavy artillery who gathered around his palace, these are the people France and the UN were bombing as well as schools, houses, and various parts of Abijan, the capital, and this is the very reason Gbagbo surrendered, for their well being as their villages and town were being pillaged. On the surrender France had Ouattaras men deal with the capture, the UN put out media that they were treated humane in the capture. Proof below shows otherwise, Gbagbos son bleeding whilst being brutally hit on the head, women apparantly being molested by Ouattaras soldiers and a picture below showing one heavily beaten.

How they responded to Gbagbos surrender (Gbagbo surrendered to stop the violence against the people of Ivory Coast) the UN reports said they were carefully removed. This is the footage the UN forget to include. They guy with blood on his back is Gbagbos son.

Ouattaras activities is against the consititution of Ivory Coast and no matter if he ceases power, in the name of Ivory Coast he will remain a war criminal, not by my thoughts but the constitution, they need Gbagbo to sign over the presidency in order for Ouattara to legitimately be the president. Surely if Ouattara won the elections fair and square Gbagbo is not needed to sign any papers. They have given Gbagbo many many offers to surrender Ivory Coast over to Ouattara, in a previous french interview he said he is not doing this for him, and there is no way he will give the country over to someone who did not win the election because it is not the will of the people. This is the man whom France, the UN and Ouattara wants you to believe is a coward clinging on to power.

Gbagbo was offered to be a university lecturer in attempt to make him sign over Ivory Coast to Ouattara after his capture after brutal beatings and he refused, they also offered 30% of his own cabinet to work alongside the murderer Ouattara which he also refused (report by CNN http://edition.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/africa/04/12/ivory.coast.negotiations/index.html ). Since, Desire Tagro, his interior minister, has mysteriously died the reasons apparantly remain unclear (In French http://fr.news.yahoo.com/78/20110412/twl-l-ex-ministre-de-l-intrieur-de-gbagb-5231d91.html ).

In the video below, in the car is Desire Tagro, Gbagbos interior minister, with his shirt blooded and half his face off. Yet in that glimpse the camera catches, his only wish is that you see the truth. He is now dead in the hand of Ouattaras men supported by France. How can we look at this regime of genuine African leaders and claim they are selfish individuals clinging to power.


Due to the Ivorian people rebelling against the UN, France and Ouattara and their intentions to free Gbagbo, and with all the media covering the truth, Outtaras men have decided to take Gbagbo to the north of Ivory Coast where a small number of muslim communities had shown support for Ouattara during the presidnetial run off. This is to iscolate Gbagbo from the support of the people. Nudity of Gbagbo's wife has been exposed, the counsellor and chief of staff Alcide Djédjé Marie-josée Bouré was raped, and mutilated before being executed by Ouattaras men (in french http://www.cameroonvoice.com/news/news.rcv?id=3524 ).

This is the work of France and the UN, and the man Ouattara, whom some Africans are happy to be in power because they have no clue of what is going on in Ivory Coast. As Inhof said below, this is an example of what will and can happen to any other African country that thinks it is time to celebrate, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, you name it. Why is France so engaged? We are talking about a country in a whole continent in the midst of their recession, whilst Africa is flourishing with wealth, the only way they will survive out of this is more activities around the world such as what is happening in Ivory Coast, by criminalising independent leaders and waging war on them, or funding neo colonial (puppet leaders) whom will then get rich personally over transfering the nations wealth and resources over to their colonial country. However, the only way they will and can get away with it is be false propaganda and information covering the abuse of African lives, and the only way we can combat it is to promote the truth.

Can you believe how a man has been made to look like a parasite due to standing for his people? Why would a president be the instigator of killing if he already has the thrown. In the video below, France/UN play a heavy role is innitiating Gbagbos capture only to pretend with a false press release that Ouattaras cowardly thugs were capable of achieving this themselves.

The boys at the end are not soldiers as they would wish you to believe but locals that decided not to run but to defend their chosen president.


Ouattaras men can now rape and axe your daughter to death because France wants Cocoa. You can either stay silent or post the videos or this blog on any forurm you wish depending and the type of person you are. The cowardly AU, and all the other cowardly African presidents are only now beginning to voice their opinions, but lets see if they amount to anything. This is not about winning or losing, its about understanding who your African presidents are and what happens when they obey the will of the African people. With Gbagbo now taken to the north, there is no clue what will happen to him or the extent of torture he will be taken through to sign over the presidency. So from here on we can not say we do not have good African leaders, we can look at ourselves and ask if our leaders have good African followers. The question is where ever they take him, would he give up the African people, or would they fabricate a false signature claiming he signed over the presidency. All this human torture for the neo colonial wealth of France.

We would like to clarify that Miss West Africa is not a political organisation, but despite that it is impossible, heartless, and backwards against everything Africans before us have died for, for us to ignore the killings and recolonisation of Ivory Coast by France. We feel sometimes despite what we believe there are things that are principled and we will just be as evil to ignore the death of over 2,000 Africans with a clear understanding of the lies that support it.

We hope France, the UN, and Ouattara's men are brought to justice!
