Here is a little something that might enlighten you. Amongst the Wodaabe people of Niger, their women judge their men in a tribal beauty contest. Yes, a beauty pageant for men whom have to wear make up and style themselves to impress ladies. Not only do the women get to watch who performs the best, they also get to marry who they chose.
