Welcome the beautiful Assetou. She was selected to represent Mali as Miss West Africa Mali 2012. She is a former Miss Mali and we chose her because of her dedication to her studies at university, and he fight and talks for peace in Mali. São Tomé meets their Queen!
The beautiful Nella Santo, Miss West Africa São Tomé e Príncipe felt a real affinity with the São Toméan people on her recent visit round her country. Amongst her activities she visited an association fighting HIV in STP, and was also interviewed on the popular TV show "A Tarde Do Ossob'o" about her work and ambitions.

Adriana Vaz, MWA Portugal Shows Concern for Cape Verde's Elderly
As happened last year, this year the Embassy will presented again the Diplomatic Bazaar on 23 and 24 November (Friday and Saturday), at the Lisbon Congress Centre (near the Hospital Egas Moniz).
It was a charitable event, where the proceeds this year will revert to the "institutions for the elderly."
